It SUCKS here there is no professionalism or caring involved. The food is nasty and no one is accountable for their actions. When I can get out of here i NEVER want to come back!
When needing help I’ve had time taking an hour and a half for help I’ve had stuff stolen out of my room since I’ve been there last week I was there bout my birth certificate it was stolen out of my room they stole my wallet in 3 days I tore the whole room apart and couldn’t find them. They put him back in my room when I went to sleep that night any place that will never be there my birth certificate. One of the nurses help me find my wallet because she brought it in cuz somebody handed it to her I said yeah go ahead she walks over to my recliner that has nothin over my recliner. She said is this it. I said yeah I already checked my recliner there’s nothing on it somebody must have gave it to her before she returned it to my room. I take water to my bed when I sleep. The nurse came in to give me my medicine and woke me up I grabbed for my water to drink a little bit cuz I had to dry throat she said no you take his first I said no I have to take water before my mouth too dry She grab my arm real tight she said no take his first then she did it the second time I should have called the cops cuz they ain’t allowed to do that. I could write a book about that place until you actually what went on people not getting take care of When you go visit if they give you a chance to talk to people ask them how they been traded there’s a few good people but a lot of bad ones. I told one guy they have hospice coming to take care of him. that never happened.Choose before you go there. Can’t use his legs is one arm don’t doing no good in his right arm he drives his electric chair with his wrist. Had cancer in his bladder when he had work on his rectum. He pees in one bag they let it go too full The bag he poops in they let it go to full too. My one friend had a big big sore on her rear end she’s an electric chair 2 she peed all over herself they asked her do you want to go to bed or you want to come back out here. She said come back out here instead of changing her a letter sensor for 5 more hours it’s sad I can tell you much of stuff that actually happened there. Open your eyes up learn more about that place before you put a family member in there
Disgusting how is this place opened?

I had a great rehab stay. Everybody was so nice, they treated me with respect. They’re on top of everything! They provided great care, and I even made a few new friends.

My father’s independent apartment is great. My father was placed at the rehabilitation part of the nursing home after a stay in the hospital. If you have a disagreement with the some of people who work here they will ignore you. Then to have a nurse say that his ostomy supplies would not work, when she had no idea. He has used these for over 15 years and she wanted to argue over these. YES , I have kept every text message about this issue. Which was unacceptable. You have to be a voice for your loved ones. Things your loved ones had to use at home was NOT used there due to 1 person taking his supplies out of his room. Also just a word of advice make sure the client can put his clothes on, they can change their own depend prior to leaving so this helps with the transition of going home. This not only hurt his independence it was detrimental for his transition back home. Yes he is old and is hard to deal with most days. But for goodness sake people be professional and do your job. A new day is a start to a new day. Work on activities for your clients that live there so they have something to do beside twidle their fingers. Your aides Katelyn, Holly, and a few more were extremely wonderful. I thank them for all of there help.

If you like to be mistreated and prescribed medication that you can not take and like to be harassed then this is the place for you. As for me I wouldn’t bring my cat here! A lady refused to provide me with her name! And she video recorded my face in the privacy of my room! Hippa will be notified. Fast forward several days. My reason for coming here is physical therapy of which I have had little to none. They’ve messed with my medications, I’ve expressed concerns of a urinary track infection and I’ve been ignored. I’m prone to them! The communication between staff and my health care has been very poor. I was hurt by a STNA thrashing my bed around and accusing me of throwing things around my room! Not only did she do that she pulled out her cell phone and began recording me in my bed!!!! I had to reach out to my insurance company to inform them of the situation and that I didn’t want them to pay for services that were not provided. They’re converting my care to outpatient physical therapy so I’ll get the proper care that I require. I’ve had to track down my nurses for my medication. On May 14,2025 at 9:00 pm my nurse brought in my medications, I was absolutely terrified because I would have been double dosed! I have documentation for everything! Megan the nurse, Holly, Karen have been exceptionally helpful and they went above and beyond my expectations. I have nothing good to say about any other employee who has been in my room or involved with my care while being here for 7 days. Please do not bring your loved one’s to this facility – Also their record keeping is very scary! I was almost double dosed with my medication on May14,2025! Had I not asked questions they were prepared to give me double on my heart medication and my muscle relaxers! I have a fib and this could have killed me!!

Our tour was great by Alexa. My husband and I moved to Middletown and My mother is still in a nursing home in Lebanon. I kept being put off by Alexa. Told they needed mom’s records so I asked for her current home to send them. Communication w WK was terrible. That was months ago and I never officially got an answer. Mom is under Hospice care and I wanted her closer. They now have gotten comfort meds ready in case. Now, there is no way I would trust WK with my mother or anyone else. If you can not answer a potential clients family how can you give proper care to your existing residents. Very upsetting and frustrating. I could not see how to respond to your input. Either way someone should have let myself and my husband know. Now there is so much stress due to this. We could have been searching for a nursing home closer fbat would have actually cared enough to have open conversations instead of over and over and over, I had to be the one reaching out, waiting for answers and then no correspondence. The tour left us feeling very hopeful that I was going to have my mother closer in her final months or years. Then was left to feel like “WK” didn’t want her passing “on their watch”.

Personally I think they suck. They never answer the phones, they always seem like they’re in a pissed off mood. Anytime you try to call them they either forward your call to voicemail repeatedly, or answer your call very annoyed. Don’t ask a question, cause that would be the end of the world. My thing is if you don’t like your job, find a different one. You definitely knew your job before applying. I just want to talk to my family, and I live hours away so I can’t just come up there like a lot of other people can. So I would really appreciate if your staff could answer the phone at least once a day. Because I don’t even get that. Do better.
Alexa is fantastic. I had an issue with my washer with water flooding my kitchen. I called her and she had maintenance come over right away to fix it. I also want to commend Ray, the head of maintenance for his quick response and great attitude. Alexa’s customer service skills are excellent and she’s always on top of things. I highly recommend her and Ray. They are top notch. Thanks a lot for hiring exceptional people Willow Knoll.
100 percent disappointed. They pushed hard to get my brother in their facility and never took the time to access the situation to which eventually caused them to kick him out because they couldn’t provide his care. So now he is moved and mentally more confused and agitated over his treatment from this facility and it’s staff. I could have just placed him with my first choice but Alexa stepped in to get the account. Would not refer this facility to anyone.
I chose to use Willow Knoll as my rehab facility because I have seen their staff in action before I needed them. They are very kind to the to the residents. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. Now, as a current Part time resident, I am on the receiving end of their care. They take really good care of me. Even though the Physical therapists are tough, the end goal is to get me back out, living my life. The care I have received from everyone here has been so compassionate and thorough that it blows me away. I know that when I get back to being the guy who delivers the medicine to this facility, the nurses will get more than a drug delivery from me. They will get a hug too!
My father got all the recovery and attention he wanted. Great staff, quiet facility and communicative administration. Could have better telephone service with the nurses station but that’s not that big of a deal when it came to my father’s rehabilitation. They did right by us 100%.

My mother has lived at Willow Knoll almost four months now and she couldn’t be happier! She enjoys the meals that they prepare and always mentions how the staff is very nice to her. It gives me peace knowing that she is being cared for extraordinarily well. The entire building is always clean when I visit her, which is a major plus. I definitely recommend Willow Knoll if you are seeking somewhere for your loved one.

Well , i’ve lived here for about six months now. I really love how big the rooms are. Plus they’re all painted white or brighter colors than some other places. The nurses and the add nurses that Work here are very hard working , young , ladies. They don’t treat you as just a person coming in and the helps you and walks away. They treat you like person and they actually care about how you are doing.Every day when they’re leaving the room they’re always asking. Is everything okay? You need anything else? Various few places do that. An upper management is very involved in your care and how your day goes. I’ve been a wheelchair for 43 years. This is the first place that actually treated me like I was home. Like any other place , the food is good at times and sometimes not , but you do get the two as what you want , if you don’t like what they’re having. You have alternatives to eat rather than what they’re going serve that day which is awesome. So if you want to bring your loved one here, the rooms are fantastic. The personnel is very very good better than I’ve ever expected. Oh, and they keep everything very, very clean.Other nursing homes that are dirty. This is clean every day!! Also, the activities. You can stay active all day long every day.As long as you want something to do they have something for you! Please talk to Alexa, She’s one of the best marketing people I’ve seen. She knows this place in and out! So if you want to come join me here, I love to talk and meet people as well! Tony..

I came into this facility with a broken hip and all the people that are working there treated me like a family member. Alexa who is in front office treated me like I was her family member. Food was excellent!! They cook foods that were in good taste. The residents I had contact with me were awesome also. I am going to miss the friends I made as well as the people there. God bless you all!!

My Mom moved in a few months ago and we have been so impressed. Alexis has been amazing to work with and has been so helpful. The maintenance has been there when I have needed them. It is such a quiet and safe community. So happy I have my Mom living there!

My dad was a resident here and has had two different times where he has needed to be taken to the hospital and one night I noticed I hadn’t heard from him that day so I went down to see him and he was completely out of it, which is not normal for him. He didn’t know where he was and felt like he was going to die. Nobody called me and told me because he is in his right mind they don’t call the family. If we had not insisted he get taken to the hospital that night, the hospital said he wouldn’t have made it through the night. When he went back into the care of willow knoll, a month later this happened again but differently. He called me at 9 pm and said he may need to go back to the hospital because there was blood in his catheter. He then said the nurse said it’s normal. I then get a call from my mom at 4 am saying he had died. When we got there the aide said she repeatedly told the nurse he needed to go to the hospital. He asked the nurse to call me and nobody did. Do not take your loved ones here. I’m currently filing a police report for neglect.

My Mom is here at Willow Knoll and they have been wonderful to her, Alexa helped get her in, and she has been nothing but wonderful to us!! They are very helpful, Von, Beverly, Sammy, they are so very caring, Bev has even curled her hair! Von is absolutely very wonderful when she bathes her, treats her fabulous like she is her grandma, she puts cologne on her, combs her hair, she is absolutely wonderful!! The best facility for the aging!! If a problem arises they are quick to get it corrected!! They had my husband during covid! The battery was dead in the van, they sent three girls to get him by wheel chair, to take him to Willow Knoll, they were great with him also!! They are just an outstanding place for seniors or rehab!!! Love the staff, especially the one that takes them to their appointments, can’t spell her name but she is one of my favorites!!! Love this place, and staff!!!

We moved a family member into the long term care several months ago. We met with Alexa for a tour and discussion of what was needed to help make a smoothe transition for our loved one. Alexa was (and is) very compassionate and understanding. Anytime any concerns arise, I feel confident we can call and discuss things with her and she will make sure they are addressed by herself, or the appropriate party. The facility, and my loved one’s room is always clean, and the staff is attentive and easily accessible to find when I visit. I have spoken one on one several times with the speech therapist (Angelica), to address and come up with a plan for some eating issues of my loved one. Angelica calls and keeps me up to date on the progress being made and future steps being taken to help improve the situation being faced. Our family has been happy with choosing Willow Knoll for our loved one’s care.
